Wildscreen USA, a nonprofit organization based in Washington, DC, is spearheading U.S. efforts in support of the ARKive project - the Noah's Ark for the Internet era. ARKive is a unique global initiative, gathering together the very best films and photographs of the world's species into one centralized digital library to create a freely-accessible, audio-visual record of life on Earth.
ARKive is a multi-media, award-winning website showcasing the world’s most threatened species through emotive film and photography. The website is full of wonderful free resources for educators, and offers a range of methods to sort and retrieve data, helping users automate link creation to species information and multimedia content.
